Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information TestoLab collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
You may provide or we may collect:
Account information — such as your name and email, via Google sign-in.
Health and wellness information — onboarding answers (e.g. age, sleep, training, diet, lifestyle), self-entered or lab-returned testosterone and related biomarker values, and your plan progress and check-offs.
Order and payment information — handled by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
Usage and device information — basic technical data collected automatically when you use the Service.
2. How we use information
We use your information to provide and personalize the Service (including generating your plan), to facilitate lab testing where applicable, to process payments, to communicate with you, to improve and secure the Service, and to comply with legal obligations.
3. AI processing
To generate your personalized plan, we send relevant profile and biomarker information to a third-party AI provider that processes it on our behalf to return your plan. We aim to share only what is needed for this purpose.
4. How we share information
We share information with service providers who help us operate the Service — for example, our hosting and database provider, payment processor, AI provider, and the laboratories and partners that perform testing. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
5. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
7. Your choices
You may access or update certain information in the app and may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements. To make a request, contact us through the email associated with your account.
8. Children
The Service is for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
