TestoLab is an educational and wellness service. The Service — including all plans, protocols, daily tasks, supplement suggestions, biomarker explanations, reports, and other content — is provided for informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are not a healthcare provider, and using the Service does not create a doctor–patient relationship.

Always seek the advice of a licensed physician or qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition, your lab results, supplements, or before starting, stopping, or changing any diet, exercise, supplement, or health regimen. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read or received through the Service. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

Parts of the Service, including your personalized plan, are generated using artificial intelligence. AI can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation, and may produce errors or “hallucinations.” Content is not reviewed by a clinician before you see it. You are responsible for evaluating any recommendation and confirming its suitability with a qualified professional before acting on it. Do not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for professional judgment.

Where the Service facilitates laboratory testing, testing is performed by independent third-party laboratories and their partners. We do not perform the blood draw or run the assays, and we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, accuracy, or results of those third parties. Lab results can vary based on timing, hydration, recent activity, lab methodology, and other factors, and should be interpreted by a qualified provider.

Any supplement, nutrition, training, sleep, or lifestyle suggestion is general and may not be appropriate for you. Supplements are not evaluated for the treatment of any condition, can interact with medications, and can be unsafe at certain doses or with certain conditions. Confirm anything with your provider before starting. You assume all risk associated with following the Service’s suggestions.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for adult men and is offered only where lawful.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account. The plan we generate depends on the information you give us; inaccurate inputs can produce unsuitable output.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you choose) through our payment processor until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the then-current price plus applicable taxes. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable.

Any satisfaction or results-based guarantee we advertise is subject to its specific stated conditions at the time of purchase and is offered at our discretion. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not promise any specific medical or physical result.

Individual results vary. We make no representation or warranty that the Service will increase your testosterone, improve any symptom, or achieve any particular outcome.

You voluntarily choose to use the Service and to follow or not follow any suggestion, and you do so at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for any consequences resulting from your use of the Service or any action you take based on it.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TestoLab and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TestoLab from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
